Bermudian rower and Olympian, Dara Alizadeh chats with Media Maya about his recent 2024 Olympic Qualification over the past weekend. Alizadeh’s weekend was a world of emotions as he had a new PB (Personal Best) the day before his qualifying race.
Alizadeh shares his advice for athletes in Bermuda and now as a 2x Olympian, he also shares what to expect at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games for the other Bermuda Olympic hopefuls. His journeys as an athlete and his appearance in his first Olympic Games has taught him to be in the present and take in the positive moments longer than the negatives.
